Registration Form
Pre-registration is required for all Astrology Readings, and must be paid in full before your reading. If you need to reschedule less than four days before your reading, a fee of $20 will be charged for the additional work I will need to do. If needed, I will be provide directions on how to do this.
Please note: The Center for Transformational Studies is a smoke-free and environmentally friendly facility. If you have special needs please let us know.
